At Finnect, we are committed to delivering high-quality financial education and equipping our learners with the skills they need to excel in finance and investment careers. However, if you feel our course doesn’t meet your expectations, we do offer a refund—subject to the terms outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:
– The request is made within 3 calendar days from the date of course enrollment.
– You have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
– You provide a valid reason for the refund request to help us improve our offerings.

Refund Deductions

All refunds are processed after deducting a processing fee, calculated as:

₹1,000 or 10% of the total course fee (whichever is higher).

This deduction covers administrative, payment gateway, and platform handling costs.
Examples:
– If your course fee is ₹5,000 → Processing Fee = ₹1,000 (10% = ₹500, so ₹1,000 is higher)
– If your course fee is ₹15,000 → Processing Fee = ₹1,500 (10% = ₹1,500, higher than ₹1,000)

Non-Refundable Scenarios

We will not be able to offer a refund if:
– The refund window of 3 days has passed.
– More than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
– The request is based solely on a change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or general disinterest after significant use.

Refund Process

1. Submit a refund request by writing to info@finnect.org.in with your:
– Full name
– Registered email ID
– Course enrolled
– Payment details
– Reason for requesting a refund

2. Our team will verify your eligibility within 3 business days.

3. Once approved, the refund (after deduction) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
